Fitbit Versa keeps losing connection, resetting itself, and not responding to button pushes

My Versa started glitching today and not responding to button or touch prompts. I did a factory reset as suggested in the forum. It then started to reset itself repeatedly. I pressed the two buttons and held to get it to turn on. Did a Factory reset again, but still to no avail. Now to add to all of this, it keeps losing sync with my phone! I only puthased this at the end of October, and until today, have been so pleased with the watch. Does anyone have any advice?
