Fitbit Versa light has a frozen screen

I can't scroll at all on the screen of my watch I only see the clock.  It is completely frozen.  I've already held down the side button and restarted it.  The clock is also 10 mins behind.  I just bought this watch 2 months ago and I'm extremely upset.

@Lisacrespo, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's screen is frozen and it won't swipe. I appreciate the time trying the restart process before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
