Fitbit Versa no longer keep charge or vibrate for notifications

Hello!

My husband bought me a FitBit Versa last Jun (2019) and I love it. However, for the past two week, I have to recharge my watch one or twice per day. Also, it no longer vibrate for notifications. I have tried to reset it but still the same.

Any ideas what I should do?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @GisBuc. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Versa stopped vibrating for notifications and its battery is draining faster than expected. I am glad to hear you love your device and tried already to resolve these issues by doing a restart. I recommend doing the following:

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
  2. Check the additional tips to prevent battery drain in this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Regarding the issue with vibration for notificationsI recommend checking if you're not in "Do Not Disturb" mode. For more information, please see here

You can also test your device’s vibration motor by following the instructions from this help article: Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
