So disappointed in the Versa!!! Watch not compatible with my phone. Consumers should have known to check for compatible phones before purchasing the Versa. That should be a public service announcement! My watch was a gift, I went and bought accessories, now can't use any of it! So pissed! A update needs to be made or send this watch back to the drawing board!!

Currently, we have a help article to check out compatibility. I understand your point and want to tell you that our team is constantly working to improve the Fitbit experience and appreciate your feedback.
New devices are frequently added to the list of compatible devices. At the moment, there is no information about the devices that will be added, but once any update be available it will be communicated as soon as possible.
Many users have had success by setting up Fitbit products to non compatible devices. If you haven't done it already, please be so kind to follow our troubleshooting steps to resolve set up issues or syncing issues.
