I recently purchased myself and my fiancé Fitbit Versa as early Christmas presents. We both already had Fitbit products but we wanted to have the ability to have music available without carrying our phone as well as the ability to swim with the watch. I have a Samsung 8 plus, Pandora Plus subscription and have been unable to download my 3 playlists to my Fitbit.
The steps I have taken so far are to connect my Fitbit to the charger (because it needs 25% or greater battery life to sync), open the fitbit app, go into media, open Pandora, view playlists to download, hit "Force Sync Now" and wait. A blue status bar appears and says "preparing to download playlists" and then......nothing happens. I have checked to make sure my subscriptions is set up correctly (I actually subscribed to Pandora just so I could use it with my fitbit)
I've found several posts on this problem but have not seen where anyone has had a resolution. I am really hoping someone can help me with this. I hate to think I wasted not just $200, but $400 on a product that does not perform as advertised.

@SGarbarino First make sure your FItbit and computer are connected to the same WiFI and that connection is good. Make sure both involved devices are near your router. If you still cannot load the playlists, please turn off the bluetooth on your Versa, wait a few seconds and turn it back on. Now reboot your Versa and your computer and try again. For more info, check this help article.
ETA: Your Versa's battery cannot drop below 25%.
