Fitbit Versa not holding a charge

My fitbit versa will only hold a charge less than 40 hours from a full charge. I recently received a replacement watch after my previous watch failed to synch and the current one has been like this from when I received it. Please advise.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the battery is draining fast. Please try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Versa. After this, monitor your watch for the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
