I have tried the following:-
1. Shutting down my Fitbit from settings and restarting it
2. Turning off heart rate monitoring and syncing and then turning it back on and syncing
Neither of the following have solved the problem. I had my Fitbit off last night on my night stand and this morning when I woke up it said I did 4 mins of cardio and over 1 hour of fat burn. It keeps saying my heart rate is 70 even when I am doing intense exercises. Please advise what to do as I bought the watch in December specifically for the heart rate monitoring.
Thanks!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @nclcameron.
I really appreciate that you have shared the steps you took to resolve the issue you're experiencing with your Fitbit Versa not tracking your heart rate accurately. I understand that you purchased your watch specifically for the heart rate monitoring.
Heart rate can be affected by any number of factors at a given moment, including movement, temperature, humidity, stress level, physical body position, caffeine intake, and medication use.
If you were exercising when you noticed discrepancies in your heart-rate readings, the type of exercise or the position of the device may be the cause. I recommend checking the tips to improve accuracy in this help article: How do I improve the accuracy of my heart-rate reading?
Keep me posted on the outcome!
