Fitbit Versa not recieving notifications from Huawei p20 lite

 Hi, 

I have followed the set up but it is a bit vague, and I can't get my Fitbit to receive any notifications with my phone. 

Not sure how to find out if it's running in the background and can't work it out from Google.

Any ideas?

Hello. Unfortunately, the p20 Lite is not a supported phone, apparently due to Bluetooth issues. So, I don't think that it will receive notifications.

 

However, if anybody else has a solution it would be brilliant as I've spent hours trying to set up the same devices for my son this afternoon!
