Fitbit Versa not registering floors since restart

I recently had to reinstall the fitbit app on ios as it wasn't syncing.

Since then it has not been registering my floors climbed accurately. 

I live on the 4th floor, and including the school and nursery run, I previously registered 16-20 floors a day consistently.

Since the reset 4 days ago my fitbit has been showing 4-6 floors, which is obviously inaccurate.

If anyone can assist it would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi, @JenniP1986! Have you tried restarting the Fitbit itself a few times? Changing the app shouldn't have done anything to the tracker, but...

Thank you for your reply. I did restart it before reinstalling the app, to see if it would fix the initial problem, I have restarted it again and it doesn't seem to have made a difference
