Fitbit Versa not resetting Steps daily

So I’ve had my Fitbit Versa for around 2 weeks now and I’ve had an ongoing problem, I wake up to around 40,000 steps most mornings, I don’t feel like my steps are being reset daily. Is there anyway I can reset my steps manually?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Have you tried the Restart suggested in the post just before yours? Try it several times if necessary.
