Fitbit Versa not responding and will not power up

This versa that I have is not powering up. I have good power. I used different sources. I tried the different resets for troubleshooting. Nothing is working anymore.

Did you try a Restart?

Yes, I did.  It does not power up anymore. I left it on the charger multiple nights...same thing.

Same issue with me. Charged to full on charger. Removed from charger and it will not power on. Did a full factory reset but same problem.

How did you manage a Factory Reset if it wouldn't power on?

On the charger you can access factory reset option in the settings app. Once you take it off the charger it goes black and won't power on. Shows 100% while on charger both on versa screen and in the Fitbit app.
