Fitbit Versa not showing fat burn period

Hello, 

i just got the fitbit versa for Christmas, and worked out for about an hour tonight and my Fitbit is showing that I had zero minutes in the fat burning period. The band is on correctly, and the heart rate monitoring is working. Any suggestions?

Are you seeing time in Cardio or Peak zone?  Your time is categorized only in the highest zone; i.e. if you spent an hour in cardio, it will not list that time in fat burn also.

Was this ever resolved? I’m having the same issue even after a factory reset.
