As of last week, my Fitbit Versa stopped recording my sleep score. I wear the band tight, and everything else syncs fine, except for sleep. I've tried rebooting the Fitbit and logging out of the app. Do I need to sleep with the Bluetooth on now? I didn't in the past. Is there a bug with the current software? I really like this feature and annoyed it just randomly stopped working.

Mine stopped working as well. I did a reset and the lights on the back started working. Now it won’t give me detail just simple information. This is a flaw for this product. Or a way to sell premium fitbit. I would like to see if the company will fix it or if I need to research a new product so I don’t have to buy a new fitbit every year and a half
