Hi , 

 

Need help  - Fitbit Versa not starting after i charged it when it was at 0% battery. 

 

suggest.

@valvekar welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up with your Fitbit Versa since it won't start up even though you have charged it completely.

 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
