I am having a hard time to get my Fitbit Versa to switch on after a factory reset. It was fully charged before the reset. Plugged it back into its charger and still nothing. I have tried every possible way of pressing the buttons on the unit and still nothing. I have tried all the USB ports to charge the unit and also still nothing. I have uninstalled the App and reinstalled and that hasnt even helped. Is the watch now broken? Please help

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. It sounds like you have tried all the things I would normally suggest, so I'm going to recommend you contact customer service HERE. Fingers crossed they can resolve the issue for you.
