Fitbit Versa not syncing with "Lose It" app

I don't think my fitbit is syncing with my lose it app.  My steps are not showing on lose it!

When was last time you firmware updated the apps, your Versa & device(s).?

Delete & reinstall both the FitBit & Lose It apps. Doing this will download current versions.

You will not lose any data as when you sign back in all will be restored.

Firmware: As at 2 Oct 2019: Versa is on version 32.33 1.30. IOS 13.1.2 & Android 'I'm not a user but internet tells me it is' version 9 Pie.

@jancole welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the syncing issues that your Versa is experiencing with the Lose It app, I'd like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the great workaround that shared @GrubbyDuck.

Since the firmware update, mine hasn't either.  I have tried everything to get it to sync as it used to, but the only way I seem to be able to sync the accounts is by going to the LoseIt! Website and doing a "force sync" under the "apps and devices" tab.  So much isn't working properly after the firmware update 🤦

such a bummer!! I really relied on the syncing of my steps. I don’t k ow whether I should just ditch my Fitbit and go apple or wait till they finalllybget around to fixing it.
