Fitbit Versa not tracking exercise

Hi today my Fitbit Versa won’t log my exercise. I have done a 2.5 ml walk and it’s not showing after syncing any ideas on how to fix it?

Hello there @Emsj44, it nice to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community again. I saw your exercise of 2.5 miles walk is not showing after syncing. 

I'm wondering how are you tracking the exercise, are you using connected GPS or are you letting your Versa recognized the exercise on its own? This is important to know in order to identify what could be the reason the exercise is not showing in your exercise history.

Now, make sure your watch has synced correctly, as this might be the reason your exercise was not showing. It is possible too, this is a delay in compile your exercise data, which I would adviced to review at a later time your Fitbit app.

If the issue continue, I would like to recommend to perform a restart on your tracker in the meantime: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

thanks for the advice.. I think I didn’t sync properly as I is now showing stats.

Hello, 

My new versa is not recognising the run I did this morning. It is on the app but not the tracker itself.. It has logged the steps tho?. The tracker did lose battery a few minutes before I finished the run so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it?. Like I say it has recorded it on the app... I restated it like you suggested for this other lady but it made no difference, any other advice?

Also I changed the units to feet and miles but it is still logging as km's.. .
