My heart rate monitor is not working and my Versa is no longer counting my steps either. There is also a single red light glowing on the sensor which stays despite attempting a reset.
Amy solutions for how I can resolve this issue?

Yes I have a similar issue. My heart rate is not showing on the verse, no green light showing, but intermittently shows in the app. I have reset, down a factory reset, followed all steps shown in the forums with no luck.
