Contacted Phone Number and Twitter support, Phone Number was no help. Twitter support is filling my impatience.
So i need help with my mom's versa. I factory resetted it since it was using an old version of FitBit OS and wasn't scanning updates.
Once i did that, it doesn't work at all anymore, not turning on at all. I even did the 3 Button Method, 2 Button Method, 1 Button Method, i tried charging it.
And i spent all those accessories for that thing for nothing, since it's dead now and i want it to be revived.
It is out of warranty since i bought it from a flea market and it was one from 2018.

@Marsettic, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa won't turn on even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums and the information that our Support team did not revive it.
I'm also sorry to hear that your Versa is no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of firs setup. Please check out this page for more information about the warranty policy.
