Woke up this morning and my fitbit was working perfectly fine. Went about my day and then noticed it had turned off. I went to the fitbit app and it can still sync to my fitbit and I can see my progress for the day. I've tried pressing the 3 buttons to restart it and I've restarted my phone but it still won't turn on. The green light in the back flickers once in a while but nothing is showing up on my screen.

Hi @susymauricio From what you say, you may not have done the restart correctly. Read the article on how to do it and try it several more times. If that doesnt correct it, please come back here.

@susymauricio welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its display won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In addition to the information that shared my friend @NellyG, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip.
Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if your Versa turns on.
