Fitbit Versa not updating or showing a new version available.

Hi, I got my Fitbit Versa on Friday and most things seem to be working fine. However, when I tried to install Spotify on it, it said that I need to make sure that both the Versa and the app were the latest version. Sure enough, my Versa is firmware version 32.33.1.30 and the latest is 3 versions newer, 32.70.7.14. I see no way to update the Fitbit. Any way to get the update or just install Spotify? What should I do?

Do you have the device set for all day sync?

Hi, I do have it on All-Day Sync and I have read the article a couple of times now. The updating via Fitbit app doesn't work, because I see no pink Update button. Then I tried downloading the Fitbit Connect app on my Windows 10 Laptop, but couldn't find the icon near the date and time. Looked in the app as well and there was no main menu or troubleshooting option. Tried everything in that link.
