Fitbit Versa not working completely with S10 phone

Versa syncs with new S10 phone, but will not show notifications for calls, texts and emails.

you probably have, but did you set up notifications in the app to go to your versa? you have to elect which apps you want notifications from and ensure to choose the correct texting app.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I was able to get phone notifications to come
through, but still no messages.

Not all features may work because the S10 is not a compatible device as of yet.

I am happy to report that my Fitbit Versa is now working completely with my new Samsung Galaxy S10! I was able to change a few settings and can now receive notifications for calls, texts and emails again!

We can't get it to work,  what settings did you change?

I had to unpair everything on bluetooth and pair Versa first. Then go to
settings, apps, then Fitbit. Make sure notifications are allowed and then
set permissions.

You can also check the settings in the Fitbit app. Tap the icon in the top right corner, then tap Versa under devices, then tap notifications. You can tap on each category to check which notifications you want.
