First I find out my LG G6 is not compatible (so now that you bought their expensive device you need to spend more money for a need phone) now when using a tablet the app keeps stopping. Frustrating

agreed! I gave mine to my wife, who has a Motorola. She gave it to me as
a Christmas gift and now she got it back. It works perfectly with the
Motorola. (maybe it was all part of her diabolical plan)

I can't believe that only lg phones that are compatible are the ones that are pre LTE.

What the hell good are these devices if they don't pass the activity information on to the phone that you actually use? Honestly I am sorry bought this d*mn thing. The cheap Xiaomi and Huawei devices work much better.

If I didn't buy this off of eBay, I would have sent this back yesterday. (There is probably a lesson there)

I have to restart my LG G6 phone and a regular restart of the FitBit Lite in order for both devices to connect. (settings: scroll down to About:  scroll down to shutdown)

It doesn't make sense though, does it? When it's an Android Operating system it should work on any Android.

They basically said sorry but you need to find a phone it is compatible with at this time. So I now have a $150 wrist brick. They didn't even say we are sorry etc. I haven't even had it for 8months. Total BS.
