Fitbit Versa nothing is showing on the screen

My Fitbit Versa stopped working this afternoon, but it was okay in the morning. I’ve tried restarting and charging it but nothing is showing on the screen. It is synced to my iPhone. Thank you!

Can someone please reply me or what?? My Fitbit is still blacked out, and I’ve only been using it for the past 3 weeks.

Michelle, the best thing to do is make contact with Fitbit support.  You should be able to do it through the retailer who sold the device to you or directly with Fitbit Support.  You should be able to find contact details on this site somewhere.  They were very helpful to me when I had similar issues.

I contacted Fitbit support and did everything they told me to do like charge it, check for the heart monitor light at the back of the watch, clean any debris, and reset it, but nothing worked. It’s still blacked out, so I’m returning mine because I can’t go through this again if it eventually works and suddenly stops.
