I have gone through help support chat, and we have tried unpairing device, factory resetting device, uninstalling app, have gone through to make sure all possible notification settings are on. When someone calls me, there is no notification on my fitbit at all. Until the call has been missed and then a missed call notification. Pops up. When receiving a text, the versa will vibrate on my wrist. It will then show the only text received as being the text that I got last before I opened it on my phone. So let' say I got a text but was busy. A 2nd text comes in. It only shows the first text that came across my phone. And it shows who sent it but nothing else. I cannot scroll through multiple texts received or even read them. Tech support submitted a claim for me and told me they had no idea if it would be fixed eventually. There HAS to be someone else out there with the same problem?? What do I even try?? I am so bummed it is not working for me 😞
