Hi all
ive had my versa for about 2 months now and I’ve been finding my notifications come through very inconsistently. Some calls and text will come through and others won’t, all whilst my phone is in my pocket. My work environment requires my phone to be on silent, so these notifications are very important. I never had this issue with my charge 2. Also, when paying for something using my Versa, I find it work 1 in 3 times. All at the same store. I’ve tried resetting it, reconnecting the Bluetooth. I’ve read all other options but nothing is working. Has anyone got some tips that I can try, other than turf it away?

What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List? I know it worked for your Charge 2, but the new OS the smart watches and newer trackers use is a bit more demanding of a phone. As an aside, the notifications on my Versa work really well, so not all Versas are subject to what is happening with yours.

I've had my versa for a while now, and since the last update, I don't receive notification anymore. I've done a shut down a reset. I've removed the notifications through the phone app then put it back. I'm just at a loss not really sure what to do to get notifications working again.
what does happen is if I drag downwards on my watch it will say if I had a missed call email whats app etc but it won't alert me when a call is coming through. My watch use to vibrate upon a call coming in etc but now I get nothing at all, the screen doesn't show when a call is coming in only shows in past notification.
@NellyG if you can help that will be great.

I'm not sure I can! What phone ate you using? It is possible it is related to an unsupported phone (even though it used to work). I assume your Versa is still vibrating for other things? (Like alarms, reaching goals etc). More questions than answers!

Thanks for your reply. My phone is an iPhone 6s. All other vibrations are working really well. I like the Fitbit platform but the versa is very disappointing so far.
