My Fitbit Versa doesn't react to phone calls, and that picture giving you a choice of accept or decline the call doesn't show up on the screen. Why is it like this?

Can't say, what phone do you have? 

Are your permissions set and the apps settings cot erect? 

Does the send test notification form the Fitbit app work

Did you recently do an update of some type?
