so, a few weeks back my girlfriend started a topic about her new fitbit versa freezing at random points. After some resetting (which didn’t work) the fitbit started working again 24 hours later out of nowhere. Now on holiday the fitbit randomly turned black (app said 50% battery left) and does not respond. The reset people suggest on EVERY single post does not work since the whole watch is not responding. Also after only 10min on the charger the app said the watch was 100% full. Yet no response. We both are extremly dissapointed about this product and the problems it is having so far. We’re looking and hoping for a solution, otherwise we will refund and never buy anything fitbit related again.
