I bought 2 Fitbit versas from eBay about 45 days ago and now suddenly after using it for a month or so, the device was removed from my account. When I try to add it again, it shows me a message ""this device has been locked and cannot be paired. this may happen if a device is reported lost or if a warranty replacement has been issued. if you believe this is in error, please contact customer support." I didn't request for a warranty replacement and still have my Fitbit. I have tried to do a factory reset, but that doesn't help either. When I try to go to the customer service button in the popup, it takes me to a Swedish customer service page. Can someone please help. Is this money down the drain ?
