Fitbit Versa reviews and questions

Apparently Fitbit doesn't have support in the US.  Amazon Versa has way too many bad review in June 2018.  Also there are comments about the poor customer support.  Please reassure us Fitbit is an ok company to purchase a product from.  I purchased a Versa then read the reviews and cancelled the order.  I had a Charge 2 that worked well.  The Versa definitely does not perform well from the reviews.

Maybe they’re getting bad reviews because it’s a good way to air your concerns

I've had 3 Fitbit devices now, the Charge 2, Ionic and now Versa. I've not had any issues with any. I briefly swapped to a Samsung Watch Active but sent it back within a week as it was so inaccurate. So went back to Fitbit as I knew it was more reliable. There is the odd time when it doesn't sync but if I restart Bluetooth it's fine. I believe it was something to do with an Android update but I can't be sure. Never had to deal with customer service so I can't comment on that

Thanks for responding. I don’t have a problem syncing, it’s with the Versa not taking readings of my Heart Rate and sleep patterns.

On my 3rd Versa within a year!  Children gave it to me for Mother's Day last year (2018) and had to return the first one after 3 months, received replacement in August and had to return that one in February.   Hopefully, this one will last.
