My Fitbit is a full five minutes slow. Tried syncing, didn't work. My phone's bluetooth is on and my bluetooth headphones off. Tried restarting the Fitbit. Still slow. No way to change the clock manually either.

Welcome to the Forums @CearIK.
Thanks for trying those steps to get your Versa to display the correct time. Let me help you figure our what is going on.
I will be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.
It is possible to manually edit the time and the timezone and then sync your Fitbit. You can click here to read more about how to do it. That should get everything to correctly and display the accurate time.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Did you find a solution? This is happening to my husband's Versa as well. He's been unable to sync it or fix if for a week, so now it's over an hour slow (it's incrementally getting worse).

This also happened to my wife's Versa Lite. She re started the phone and after a few attempts synced. Time then returned to normal.

UPDATE: There wasn't a fix for this. We received a replacement from FitBit. Unfortunately, it seems like a widespread problem because the replacement started having the same issue within a few months. We then received yet another replacement. So far so good with that one.
