So my fitbit Versa is 14 months old and it just starts tanking on battery life a month ago getting and down to 6-8 hours a charge this last 2 weeks so contact support 3 nights in a row so they can run support and tests on device, after everything they say yep your battery is fried but it’s out of the one year Warrenty so here is a coupon for 25% off another device on OUR WEBSITE. Problem is their prices are higher then anywhere else I can get the device and I have to pay shipping!! 12-13 months should be a better expectation for your products use!! We are a throw away society but I don’t want to throw away $150 a year!! What say you fitbit?? Guess I’ll have to try a different brand any suggestions out there community?

@Jillelliott, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your Fitbit Versa has battery draining issues.
I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup. I totally understand how you feel about this and we really appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
I'll be around if any question arises.
