My Versa is only 6 months and the screen just went black. It will vibrate but nothing comes through.
I’ve troubleshooted everything!
Im lost without it!
How do I get a replacement?

@whimsychick55 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display won't turn on. By the way, thank you for restarting your Versa before contacting our forums.
If you haven't contacted our Support team as @Rich_Laue recommended, I'd like you to try one more workaround that has corrected the issue. Please try changing the clock face. Make sure that it's developed by Fitbit and not a third party clock face. After this, sync your Versa and see if the display turns on.
