For a few days i have been unable to sync my versa to my android phone and as a result unable to use my versa at all!!! I have tried syncing with laptop and still no luck. My fitbit app says i need to update my fitbit but as my versa isn't connected to my phone i can't actually update it. I need help please!

Is your Versa still connected to your Fitbit account? If so the app will look for the tracker.
Is the lock setup for just Fitbit pay or for everything on the Versa?
Have you restarted the versa?
On the android phone have you?
-clear the phones cache
-restarted phone
-if you know your login, remove the Fitbit app and install fresh
