Fitbit Versa screen blank and can’t reset

My Fitbit Versa has gone blank/turned itself off and won’t turn on again. I can’t reset it as the bottom button is jammed/very stiff. It’s not stuck in, but stuck out and solid if that makes sense. I’ve tried using a pin to clear dirt around it but it’s not worked. Tried contacting support via chat but it keeps crashing

I have the exact same problem.  It's happened before but plugging into charging dock and leaving it alone it just started one day.  Not so lucky this time!  It's been weeks.  I bought a Garmin now and love it but would like to give my husband the Versa 2 since it wasn't cheap.

Hello @TheThayet

Gosh how awful. You’ve cleaned around the button which is what I would recommend and try. I see you reached out to Live Chat but it crashed. Have you tried calling them directly. I find that much easier. Their number is 877-623-4997

😃 Hopefully your issue can get addressed promptly and your up and running again soon.

Hello @KathyBingen

Is your button stuck/jammed as well? Have you tried cleaning around the button with a straight pin like @TheThayet  tried as well. It’s certainly worth trying. Another thought….you can try to clear debris using canned air, just hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. If that doesn’t resolve it again my only suggestion would be to contact Fitbit Customer Service. Look here for different ways to connect with them here:https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
