Fitbit Versa screen blank and won’t turn on

I think the problem started after my 25 min swim (I know it is only 30 and I never do it for more than that) it was fine that day but the next morning it started having a mind of its own and not letting me work it or anything exp. playing flappy bird. After an hour or 2 it stopped then it was fine again until all these thin grey lines started showing up on the right hand side of the screen. Then that night the lines were still the there and didn’t hon away.  I went to sleep with it on then I woke up the next morning a with a dark grey screen which eventually turned to black. It hasn’t now been like this for about a day. It still buzzes when it get my notifications and all my messages. Also when my  alarm goes of but i can’t switch it off so it just buzzes. 

Does anyone have an idea of what happened to it or what I should do 

ps I have already contacted Fitbit but thy haven’t replied 😢 plz I need help
