Fitbit Versa screen fading on sides and battery

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi. My versa was all good and then all of a sudden the sides of my watch screen started fading. Tried restarting and shutting down, it does not work. Also my battery will be all good, and then my watch vibrates and fitbit logo shows and battery goes down considerably. Can someone please help me with these issues.

@Brown15, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the the sides of the display are fading. By the way, thank you for trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned above before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

@SunsetRunner, thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit forums. By the way, I'm sorry the late reply. Since your Versa screen is behaving the same way, please restart it as described in this help article. After this, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if the issue gets fixed.

I'll be around if any question arises.
