Over the last 2 weeks my Fitbit Versa has been SUPER glitchy, basically to the point it doesn't work. It is constantly vibrating and then bouncing between screens, selecting items without me doing anything, not allowing me to select anything (feels like the screen is broken) and also the screen just goes black sometimes. I've had it get stuck in the Coaching area, get into the Exercise area and start doing stuff and can't get it to stop the workout - that I didn't even select or want it to start! I've had it start selecting modes as well. Of course, this is all VERY draining on my battery, I am charging it daily and it's SUPER frustrating.
Is anyone else having issues?! I've tried restarting it, restarting it 3 times quickly, and shutting it down. I also changed the clock face as I thought maybe that could be the issue. None of these changes make it better. I really don't want to do a factory reset, but if that is my ONLY option I suppose I'll have to. It's so frustrating. I've had the watch maybe 2 years and have loved it up until now. I'm so irritated!

I just started having this happen tonight after the versa 2 update popped up on my phone. I had to take off the watch. It kept randomly vibrating and flashing

Yep. This is happening to me too. I've updated, done a factory reset, got a new clock face and nothing is helping. It's driving me crazy and I'm about to pitch it. It's ridiculous.
