Fitbit Versa screen is coming off!?

Hi ya

I've done a Zumba class and after I noticed the screen has come unsealed so it's half hanging off. It won't go back on, also this means it's no longer waterproof. The screen says clock error go to fitbit.com. I'm so disappointed! I bought it through Fitbit app. Please help!? Thanks

Same here.  Received as a Christmas gift 12/25/2018, face came off 12/26/2019.  Told no warranty and all they could do was give me a discount on a new one.  So disappointed.  This is my third fitbit, but ends my fitbit life.

Received an email from Fitbit stating they're making a one time exception and will replace my Fitbit device. I'm very thankful.

nice! make sure to count your blessings lol. I've already told everyone at the local store about this whole situation. I've convinced most of my family members and people at the store not to waste money on Fitbit. Instead buy Garmin Ltd. Even for these issues Garmin will replace and fix it unlike fitbit.

Seriously.  I also had this problem today.  Told was out of warranty, so they offered me 25% off, which is the same as the Versa 2 is available right now on the store.  So basically I was told to buy a new one at list price.  This is my 4th Fitbit device, and the 2nd with problems.  I've been wondering if anyone has attempted to fix this on their own?  I'm thinking Gorilla Glue, but I'm worried that the waterproof feature is forever gone.

Happened to me, got as a gift as a replacement for my alta. Top popped off after 3 months. Quick replacement! No issues with customer service but hopefully this watch wont have any issues. Kinda frustrating!

Its junk. I threw mine away and its a waste of money to buy product from this company. Go somewhere else like i tell everyone.

I just want to share my annoyance and disappointment with the Versa and the Fitbit company.  Like so many of you, the face of my Versa just popped off.  I never got it wet or knocked it and had barely used it.  I waited on hold on the phone for a half hour to be told by a robotic help desk guy that it was out of warranty and all he could do was offer a 25% discount.  I said I wouldn't be buying another, so thanks, but no thanks.  Crap product!

This has happened to me overnight at work. Now to try and get hold of someone to fix. Just hope it’s still in warranty. I rely on my versa, don’t know what I’m going to do without it

Like i'm telling everyone else, just throw it away or get your money back and get another brand. Fitbit is a cheap product and a waste of money. Good luck

I’m so mad I don’t even go in water with mine and so When I looked down and saw the screen was undone I messaged Fitbit and they said it wasn’t covered anymore and that I could get a 30% discount wth I paid too much and it’s just sitting there taunting me

I know. I bought a plastic cover from Amazon. It's easy on and off and
keeps the face in place. Very inexpensive. Of course, my Versa has had it
after 2 years anyway, so now I need something new.

Bottom line is "Fitbit is TRASH!" trust me, i've told a lot of people to buy other brands. I will not allow people to waste money on fitbit anymore and its been huge!!! I've changed a lot of minds and let the community know how bad they really are and also how much of a scam fitbit. They are a waste of money period!

Pleased to see this issue has been  resolved ...NOT...  

Swimming yesterday and felt a weird feeling stopped to see my screen was flapping around and my watch is now fried.  Still trying to find my receipt but think its past the year mark.. only just..

Might move to Garmin I think

I went to Apple since I have an iPhone they said they could give 20%
discount if I bought a new Fitbit but no thanks I don’t wanna spend 250+
every year that’s ridiculous you would think if so many people have the
same issues they would figure it out by now and fix the problem
