Hi ya
I've done a Zumba class and after I noticed the screen has come unsealed so it's half hanging off. It won't go back on, also this means it's no longer waterproof. The screen says clock error go to fitbit.com. I'm so disappointed! I bought it through Fitbit app. Please help!? Thanks

Closing in on one year since my Versa died and was offered a paltry 25% off a new device.
I switched over to a Garmin Venu and it's gone quite well. Among other things, the screen is more scratch resistant than Versa.
Gambling to see if folks will find out if the grass is greener is not a winning strategy Fitbit. It is.

It happened to me yesterday. Face of Fitbit Versa the rose gold popped up just hanging. I am not able to get it back on. It's got to be some type of issue...

Called customer service spoke to Kenneth 2 months over warranty. Stated Fitbit it aware of the issues and they no longer sell using only for warranty and replacements.. Offer 35% but only on selected Fitbits not much to choose from. They offered same one but warning appeared to consider other ones. What a rip off...FitBit shame on you.....

I had the same issue with my Fitbit Ionic which was a month out of warranty, Fitbit offered me a discount and told me I was out of luck because of the warranty in July. I got the Versa as a birthday present while I was contemplating a replacement option ( l have gone through 5 Fitbits in 7 years and it just keeps getting worse)
The only option I was given was 50% off the versa 2 or another broken versa replacement. I don't think Fitbit has really nailed down their customer service like they have their tracker especially now that I see that this is a known issue they should really be doing more for their customers. I'm going to miss the walking challenges but I'm sure Garmin is just as nice

Same issue with me today with my Versa
never dropped or mishandled
infact never allowed watch to get wet
Watch out of warranty
Any chances of getting a replacement in india as I am a senior citizen

I have just had mine pop off on my Versa 3. I already had the same thing happen to my Versa 2 before. They sent a replacement, which died exactly the same way 2 months later. This is absolutely unnaceptable.

Hi. I had the same issue with Versa 2. It was out of warranty so I bought a new Versa 3. It's screen came off within 9 months and I was sent a new device. Now the refreshed device's screen also came off within 6 months and I have been the warranty applies to the original device. It totally doesn't make sense. If the replaced device has the same issue, the warranty should be on that. Highly disappointed as it's 2+ years and the same issue still exists. It's been 3 times for me.

Absolutely agree ! I am so pissed and disappointed. This has happened thrice with me. You can't keep making horrible devices and keep offering discounts. High time they fix it.

And this is why i went to Apple watch a LONG time ago, and its screen hasn't "fell off" Its the best thing anyone can do. I'm sorry for people who keep buying fitbit products because its completely a waste of money on **ahem** product. So i hope more people see this and stop buying anything from this company.

yeah, dont buy any of this **ahem** product. Not worth it. Very happy with apple watch over fitbit. Do not buy from them anymore. I even tell customers at the local store about this and show them this link. Waste of money buying fitbit.

I'm appalled that this issue continues! On searching this problem (because it happened to my Versa 3 lately) I've seen posts dating back to 2018 with the same being mentioned and the customer service staff stating that the comments will be taken on board to improve the product.... and yet here we are in 2022 and the same thing is still happening!!! I'm in the UK and thankful that my warranty is 2 years, but I've just found out that the replacement I've had to request after owning my device for 10 MONTHS won't have a new warranty of its own. Effectively you are always on countdown to the end of your warranty period.... for some I've read that this is just a year! Absolutely disgusting!!! A known issue for 4 years, still happening, still being sold at a high price, and all anyone gets is "we're taking your comments seriously and will use it for product improvement". Never purchasing from FitBit again and I'm going to try to raise awareness for anyone else thinking of buying!

Agreed, HR was rubbish on mine, it was replaced under warranty but still have poor readings, then the face fell off like others has. Total junk product, they just wait till out of warranty and assume you will give them more cash like an idiot...

Seems to be a continuous problem with Versa 3, mine came apart yesterday one month past year warranty. Offered 35% off a new one, think not. With all the reports of the same issues maybe time to look at this defect and rectify it. I have been a Fitbit customer for many years and am so disillusioned now, not a cheap venture. Hopefully people will read these complaints and take their hard earned money elsewhere!
