Fitbit Versa screen is green with Fitbit symbol

 maybe a restart would help? have you tried that? ( press and hold left and bottom right buttons, it should vibrate)

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your Versa? If you do, could you please provide me with a photo of your watch's display by following the instructions provided in this post? In the meantime, as recommend, you can try to restart it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
