Fitbit Versa screen is turned black, not displaying anything on the display screen

Hi

suddenly the display screen turned black then showed the stats on an off and then turend black completely.

it is syncing the data on mobile app , showing battery 100% charged in app, but not showing anything on watch screen.

Also the green light which blinks on the baxk side of the face of the watch is alao not blinking anymore. Not light on the back of the watch even when put on charging. The screen is permanently black when put on charging or removed.

Tried changing the clock face also... it shows changed in the app but not displaing on watch. When click face changed in app it does vibrated on the watch with no diasplay n just black screen.

please help n provide solution

@Surbhi24 have you tried rebooting your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes?

Mine is doing the exact same thing. Syncs just fine, screen has a slight how, but black. Tried resetting. Held left and bottom right. Held all 3 buttons. Nothing. I feel like it has to do with the update from a few days ago.

@AdamBugos How long have you held 3 buttons? Some reported really long times. 3 minutes.

I have tried this several times for more than 1 minute. The fitbit doesn’t even vibrates on pressing the three buttons.
