I have a Fitbit versa and this morning it started doing strange things like freezing and the touch screen stopped working then it started working again. Then it started vibrating and the screen went all funny with lines on it and now it is off completely... had anyone else had this issue?

@RayneH welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen acted strange and went turned off.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying all these steps, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, note a third party clock face and see if it comes back to life and works properly.

I have tried absolutely everything.
I have been in contact with Fitbit themselves.. and they have given me some things to try and do. But my watch seems completely dead now the green sensor isnt even coming on anymore... screen is completely black and wont even sync anymore....
They even tried to get me to do a factory reset... so I am waiting to hear back from them...
