This morning all the sudden my Fitbit Versa shortly vibrated when i was at work and the screen from that moment on, did not want to turn back on (it stays black). I tried a reset which usually works when i have issues but no luck. I read the forum and also tried to setup the Versa as a new device using the App. The App does detect the Fitbit but due to the screen not turning on there is no way i can read the pin-code when connecting the device to the app.
Just for clarification its not the battery as i charged the device yesterday and besides the app detects the device.
