I’ve had my Fitbit only for a few months and today, after giving it a full charge, I went swimming. I was setting the mode to swim, when it suddenly became unresponsive and the screen went black. Since then I’ve tried both the two button restart and the three button restart and neither worked. My iPhone app is still showing that it has a full charge, but isn’t connecting. If put it on the charger, it doesn’t register and the screen doesn’t turn on. None of the sensor lights on the back are on either.
What gives? Any ideas of a fix? Will Fitbit provide a replacement? Thanks all for your advice and insight.

Hi @Melanie_Swims I have flagged a moderator to come and help you. Yes, assuming it is covered by the warranty, Fitbit will replace it.
