Fitbit Versa screen won’t swipe & icons acting odd

Hi having issues with the Fitbit versa 2 only recently the screen no longer lets me swipe to the next screen (on rare occasion I have managed it) and the icons showing the steps and heart rate etc keeps moving making the battery drain very quickly. I have tried to restarted several times, done a factory restore and put it on the charger..nothing seems to work..had the watch since Nov 2019..bit disappointed with the life span of these smart watches..I usually use this to set alarms on. On several occasions the battery has drained in the morning even though it was fully charged..

I've been having similar issues and am now having to re-start my watch multiple times a day. 3 today and its only 11AM.

If you are using a non Fitbit Clock face try changing it and see if that helps.

i have tried this thinking the same it maybe a bug with the clock face and change it back to Fitbit original clock face but the error is still occurring

@Yyuk- Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you start from scratch.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

 

Be warned if the watch is outside warranty and the process fails your watch may no longer work.

I have the same issues and they have started within then last week. Has there been a software up to cause this so suddenly?
