Fitbit Versa screen won't swipe to any side

Has anyone experienced any issues with the screen not allowing you to scroll up/down or side to side? Mine stopped doing this 2 days ago.

Hi @ariesfire0324 , restart your Versa three times and see if that solve the problem, if it does not, call Customer Support. Regards kuzibri.

@ariesfire0324, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community.. Regarding the screen issues that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you contacted them via phone as @SunsetRunner advised.
