The screen won't turn on. Instead it shows a grey sceen and sometimes a big, white spot before it dissappears. I've had it for a couple of months and this is my first Versa. I have tried to sync it on my phone, but it does not work. Also sendt an email to Fitbit Support, but I am not sure how long it will take them to see it. It does not charge, either...

@AnneKlara Welcome! Have you tried restarting the Versa? Hold down the far left and bottom right buttons for several seconds until it vibrates. That should restart it.
