Hi all. I had a fitbit versa vor Christmas. I have tried to set up twice but in the end (step 3)the setup up failed over wi-fi and Bluetooth. I can't sync the watch with my phone. Any help? My phone can connect to other Bluetooth devices and the watch was connected in the first step but not anymore.

Hi, @Renata89 , what phone are you using? Is it on the list of compatible devices ?
I would suggest giving it a factory reset:
And then starting the set up procedure from the beginning.

Hi, @Renata89 , yes the P10 is compatible, so you should be able to get it set up. Can you give us details of how far you are getting, where it seems to be stuck, what steps you have taken, etc.? I am sure someone will be able to help.
