Hi Fitbit is just showing lines and will not reboot. I have no data on my phone at present would that affect it. Help.

@Ros66 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the lines that your Fitbit Versa is showing, please try changing the clock face to one that is developed by Fitbit since third party clock faces may not work properly. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
